Accessibility

Accessibility Statement

Bigger Referrals is intended to be usable by people with disabilities across desktop and mobile experiences, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and other assistive technologies.

Effective October 5, 2026

Our goal

We aim to design, develop, and maintain Bigger Referrals with accessibility in mind and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as an important reference point for our accessibility work. This is a goal and ongoing engineering practice, not a claim that every page, workflow, third-party component, or document is perfectly conformant at all times.

Accessibility practices

Our work may include:

  • semantic page structure and meaningful headings;
  • keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
  • visible focus states and logical focus order;
  • labels, instructions, and error messaging for forms;
  • text alternatives where images convey meaningful information;
  • responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens;
  • color and contrast choices intended to keep information readable;
  • avoiding interactions that rely only on color, hover, or precise pointer movement; and
  • testing and correcting accessibility issues as the product changes.

Third-party services

Some Bigger Referrals workflows may rely on third-party services, including authentication, infrastructure, or billing interfaces. Those services maintain their own accessibility practices, and we may not control every aspect of their user interface.

Need help using Bigger Referrals?

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from accessing information or completing a task, contact support@biggerreferrals.net. Please tell us what you were trying to do, the page or feature involved, and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we investigate the underlying issue.

Feedback

Accessibility is part of ongoing product maintenance. Reports from users are useful because automated testing cannot identify every barrier. We welcome specific feedback about keyboard use, screen-reader output, focus behavior, contrast, zoom, forms, motion, or any other accessibility issue.
